Another year is coming to a close which provides another opportunity to save money at Target. Every year around the holiday season, Target offers a discount on gift card purchases. This year it is 10% off with a maximum of $500 purchase, equal to $50. With me, that isn’t good enough, I was able to save another $31.50 on top of that….Here’s how:
6 Simple Steps to save at Target
Step 1. Need to be a Target In-Circle member as this offer only applies to active members.
Step 2. Go into Target App and apply 10% off Gift Card offer to your account
Step 3. Add a $500 gift card in your online cart. Savings of $50.00
Step 4. Pay your purchase with a Discover card that offers 5% cash back on all Target.com purchases during October-December. Savings of $22.50
Step 5. When using your gift card, visit the Target.com website through the Rakuten portal which provides 1% off purchase. Savings of $4.50
Step 5a. If you are not a Rakuten member, you can earn another significant savings by signing up with this link. Savings of $20.00
Step 6. Upon checkout, ensure your Target In-Circle account is applied which provides another 1% off future purchases. Savings of $4.50
